How to start remote session with Cross Computers

If we ask to start remote session, here are the steps:

Open email with Zoho Assist:

Click on Join Session:

Click on Download:

Save the file on your desktop:

or it will appear in bottom left corner if you are using Google Chrome. Double click on file.

If requested, click Yes to continue and run.

Next, click on Join:

Software will alert us that you have connected and we can help solve your computer problems immediately.
