Once remote access has been approved through management, each user will receive an email that looks like this:

• When the invitation is accepted, they will be prompted to create their password and enable at least one method of MFA. The new password must have at least a minimum of (6) characters and meet 2 of the following criteria: lower case letter, upper case letter, special character, number.
