What if I have a virus? Here are step by step instructions to help with removal.

If you have received a virus warning email from Cross Computers, you need to complete the following steps on EVERY computer in your business IMMEDIATELY. Please follow these steps to attempt virus removal. If the virus still is not removed after the following steps, please call us for additional support. 859.912.2767

  1. Restart computer.

  4. Run a full scan on Bitdefender Endpoint Security managed solution. Here are detailed instructions: https://www.crosscomputers.com/knowledgebase/full-scan
  5. Restart computer.
  6. We recommend running a Quick Scan and Full scan repeatedly until no issues are found.
