If you have received a virus warning email from Cross Computers, you need to complete the following steps on EVERY computer in your business IMMEDIATELY.   1. Restart computer.

  3. Run SmartScan on Avast Business CloudCare software.
  4. Run a full scan on Avast Business CloudCare software. Here are detailed instructions:

  5. Restart computer.
  6. We recommend running a SmartScan and Full scan repeatedly until no issues are found.
