Cross Computers has been our IT partner at St. Vincent de Paul Northern Kentucky for the past seven years. Rob Bidleman plays a very important role in our organization. Rob does a great job of explaining our needs in terms that I fully understand and quickly allows me to make the financial decisions I need to make. The thing I appreciate most about Rob is when we have an IT issue, he responds very quickly and fixes the issue the first time around.
